Fresh Aspect is pleased to announce the addition of a self-service project management portal for its clients. The portal is powered by Project Fork. We always aim to provide highly iterative developments with continuous client visibility. The project management portal adds to this tracking.

Capabilities include:

• Track overall project progress
• Review progress of individual tasks, adjust priorities and dependencies
• Access project documents - design specifications, statements of work, invoices, etc.
• Upload new documents to the repository
• Add comments to projects, tasks or documents

We will review Project Fork in more depth once this open source project has stabilised under its new identity.

We are using SugarCRM for internal support management and plan on providing a self-service portal to its capabilities in the near future.
